Maintenance Packages

New Scooters 4 Less offers Maintenance Packages to help you save $ on all the standard maintenance you will need on your scooter!  By keeping up on the general maintenance of your scooter, you will be ensuring that your scooter will continue to run well and stay in great condition.  Our Maintenance Packages are broken down and vary based on these factors:

1.  The type of motor scooter you have:  2-stroke or 4-stroke
2.  The length of the maintenance package:  2 years or 4 years
3.  The quantity of services in each package.  Packages are broken down into Basic, Premium, and Ultimate sized packages.

What is the difference between a 2-stroke scooter and a 4-stroke scooter?

- 2-stroke motor scooters require a mixture of 2-cycle oil with the fuel.  In traditional mopeds and scooters, you had to physically mix the 2-stroke oil with the gasoline at the proper ratio and put it in your scooter.  Newer 2-stroke scooters have a seperate 2-cycle oil container and as long as you keep the oil container filled, the oil will be injected into the fuel at the proper ratio as you drive, eliminating the annoyance of having to mix gas and oil.

- 4-stroke motor scooters do not require a mixture.  You only have to put fuel in and go.  However, with a 4-stroke motor scooter, you need to have your motor oil changed every few months (like you would with a car).

These maintenance packages are based off averages we have assessed from most student riders.  If you are using your scooter as your source of main transportation, you may find that you may require more maintenance than what is stated in each package.  You can always purchase an extension or pay for additional service(s) as needed.
