New Scooters 4 Less was originally "Created by Students for Students."  Our commitment to our customers has always been to provide quality transportation that fits a student's budget.  As we continue to grow and evolve, we are excited to experience the changes in motor scooters, parts, accessories, and the market demographic of scooter riders.  Everyone is starting to realize the benefits and savings of owning a scooter.  So we welcome you all to come see what we have to offer!

The staff at New Scooters 4 Less is made up of family members, good neighbors, and great friends (who are adopted family at this point).  We like for our customers to become our extended family.  We love building relationships with our customers and we know that we wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for our amazing customers.  Everyone at New Scooters 4 Less takes pride in knowing that our #1 method of reaching new customers is through friend referrals!

Meet the staff...

Collin "C.O.E. - Chief of Everything" Austin

Collin is the owner of New Scooters 4 Less.  Collin grew up as an Air Force Kid and lived all over the U.S. and overseas in England for a short time as well.  Because he had to move frequently and make new friends, Collin has a unique ability of remembering his customers by name.  He can usually remember his customer's first name and the scooter they purchased!  The four years Collin spent at the University of Florida obtaining his Business Degree were the most he had ever spent in one place.  For this reason, Collin decided to start a business and make Gainesville 'home'.  Now married to his wife Shannon and with the arrival of their son Schaefer in 2009, Collin is excited to see what the future holds for New Scooters 4 Less and be able to share that with his family.  Feel free to reach Collin directly at Collin@NS4L.com .

Robbie "Give me a 5 hour energy drink bro" Grassano

Robbie is Collin's brother-in-law and "brothers" is the perfect way to describe their relationship.  As if being Collin's brother-in-law isn't job enough :) - Robbie is also the head mechanic at New Scooters 4 Less.  There hasn't been a mechanical scooter problem that Robbie hasn't been able to solve.  Any time you have a mechanical question, pick up the phone and give him a call.  He is always happy to help! 

Thom "Perky" Perkins

Thom has been a long-time friend of the company and finally begged (haha!) his way into employment at New Scooters 4 Less in January of 2010.  (Truthfully) we were psyched to add him to our family as our Service Manager.  Thom has made Gainesville home for 15 years and has been married for 10 to his lovely wife Amy.  He has 3 great kids and 2 of them are 2-year-old twins!  With twice the mouths to feed, Thom says he needs twice as many scooters to service! 

The "Part-Timers"

We know you think Collin, Robbie, and Thom are capable of managing all sales, repairs, pick-ups, and the thousands of other daily events that arise throughout a business day, but the truth is we wouldn't be able to get nearly as much work completed without all the help of our part-time service technicians.  Who are they?  Alex, Marc, Logan, Mike, Gaige, Scott, and Brian!
